Adrian Arriaga is Broker/Owner of AAA Real Estate & Investments. A Commercial Broker since 1981, he represents investors from Mexico, Germany and Korea in Texas. He currently serves as REALTOR of Record for several national U.S. companies, including Costco, FedEx/Kinkos, & JP Morgan Chase in South Texas.

He sits on the CCIM Institute Executive Committee, CCIM Education Foundation Board of Directors, and is an Instructor for the CI 101 Investment Analysis course. He is currently NAR Presidential Liaison overseeing all NAR activities in Mexico. He is incoming chair of Commercial Legislative & Regulatory Committee for NAR’s REALTORS Commercial Alliance.

At the Texas Association of Realtors, Adrian is Chair of the International Committee. In 2006 he was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by TAR. Adrian is a graduate of Texas A&M University with Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in Political Science. He was commissioned in 1972 and received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army. He is past Chair of both of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce & McAllen P & Z.

In August 2007, Adrian was appointed by Texas Governor Rick Perry as the newest member of the Texas Real Estate Commission.
