Rich Arzaga is an advocate for real estate investors, providing options and solutions that honors their interests and helps guide them to achieve their financial goals. Rich has the specialization to assist clients with cash flow evaluation, real estate acquisition, accumulation and disposition, tax reduction and deferral, and estate planning for investment real estate owners. His real estate strategies have been featured in numerous national books and magazines. Rich is an instructor in the financial planning certification program at U.C. Berkeley where we was awarded the instructor of the year for 2008, and teaches the highly-acclaimed Real Estate Investments course at U.C. Santa Cruz. Also known as the “Real estate whisperer,” Rich is a repeat speaker at The Commonwealth Club of California, FPA Nor Cal, CCIM, National Underwriting, and other groups.

Rich’s education includes graduating with distinction from the Personal Financial Planning Program at U.C. Berkeley, a BA from San Jose State University, and Graduate Studies in Management at Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Rich works and lives in San Ramon, CA.
