Joe P. Bailey, CEO and co-founder of GraceHill.com, graduated from Mercer University in 1981 and began a career in real estate management that has lasted 27 years. Joes management background includes apartments, hotel property, and resort property. Most recently, Joe served as Vice President of Operations for Merry Land & Investment Company and was responsible for the operations of 35,000 apartments primarily located in the Southern United States.

Joe founded Gracehill.com in the fall of 1998 after the acquisition of Merry Land by Equity Residential. Grace Hill develops, hosts and markets web based education designed specifically for the multifamily industry. Grace Hill is the leading provider of online multifamily education and trains more than 400,000 apartment professionals annually. Grace Hill’s general Membership currently includes multifamily professionals representing more than 10 million multifamily units in the US and abroad.

Joe resides in Augusta Georgia with his wife Sarah and 2 children, Maggie and Peyton.
