Bio: Don Conrad
Don Conrad, investor and author of How to Find That Quality Tenant
Don Conrad was born and raised in Northwest Indiana, where he resides today with his wife and two young children. He graduated from high school in 1980 and worked a myriad of jobs including restaurant management, laborer, home construction, teaching karate and bartending. It was 1994 when he went out on a limb and bought his first four-unit apartment. He quit his full time job in 2000 and has been buying, fixing up and renting out homes ever since. He has been very successful at placing quality tenants in those homes, and decided to share his simple system in the tenant selection process so others too can reap the rewards of renting to quality tenants.

He is currently the program director for Northwest Indiana’s real estate investment club, am active in fighting Indiana’s property tax situation, and has recently began to look for more investment opportunities. He is also expanding his book into a home study course as well as getting prepared to hit the speaking circuit.

About the book

"How to Find That Quality Tenant" was written with only one goal in mind; to develop and improve the landlords tenant selection process. It does not cover buying investment property, nor does it talk about managing rentals. Its sole purpose is to act as a guide or blueprint to the tenant selection process. It does this by using a 5 step "how to" system with each step leading into the following step. Completion of the first 4 steps leads to the 5th and final step, placement of a tenant into the property.

The forms used in the book are color coded by step and are available for free off my website www.findthatqualitytenant.com or www.qtenant.com. The book is 320 pages, currently available off the shelf or special order at Barnes & Noble, Borders, and Books-a-Million. It is also available on Amazon or off my website. The price is $22.95.
