• Authored and published two highly recommended books on real estate investment.

• The State of Oklahoma: Worked with the Department of Commerce and the Business Development Agency to increase the number of businesses relocating to Oklahoma.
• Nikon Corp.: Worked with Nikon’s U.S. President and staff for a feasibility study of land use and office development.
• Senior Partners of Leading Law Firms: Worked as a strategist and expert involving every aspect of property value, mortgage fairness and disclosure.
