• Former chairman and director of the National Multi Housing Council. Organized committees for Strategic Planning, Political Action, Legislation, and Rent Control. Instituted format for ascension and continuation of the association’s management structure.
• CEO of two leading national real estate investment companies.
• Initiated, organized and staffed the concept of a decentralized real estate company.
• Introduced the concept of Alternative Income To Rent (AITR) revenue programs. • One of the first real estate executives to testify before both houses of Congress. • Lectured at leading real estate trade associations and universities including Stanford University, Columbia, The University of Chicago, Georgia Tech, Southern Methodist University, and Northwestern University.
• Authored and published two highly recommended books on real estate investment.
• Authored over 100 real estate investment articles which have been published in numerous real estate trade magazines.

• Supervised the acquisition and management of approximately $2 billion of real estate.
• Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA): Worked with GNMA President and staff to reposition GNMA to increase home ownership.
• The State of Oklahoma: Worked with the Department of Commerce and the Business Development Agency to increase the number of businesses relocating to Oklahoma.
• Nikon Corp.: Worked with Nikon’s U.S. President and staff for a feasibility study of land use and office development.
• Senior Partners of Leading Law Firms: Worked as a strategist and expert involving every aspect of property value, mortgage fairness and disclosure.
