Halle Eavelyn is a private real estate investor who has plunged into the deep end of the real estate pool. After only five years in the business, Halle is an expert in private banking and investing for real estate, loan modifications, short sales, rehabbing houses, pre-construction real estate, and lease options.
The company she founded, Halle Homes Enterprises, LLC, is a forward-thinking Las Vegas company with an expanding core group of joint venture partners and private lenders. In addition to Halle Homes, she is the co-founder of Empowered IRAs, a company that specializes in self-directed IRAs. Halle has spoken at many Real Estate Wealth Expos and other real estate all over the country, and is the author of the lease option book, “The $3Million Secret.” She is one of the real estate experts for the REI Club blog, where her posts appear weekly.
