Brenden C. Faber is President of First American Exchange Company and is responsible for the development and management of First American’s exchange services, which provide qualified intermediary services to investors and business owners in deferring capital gains taxes on the sale of investment or business property.

Brenden joined First American in 1993 as a staff attorney for First American’s National Commercial Services team. He has worked locally, regionally and nationally on exchange issues for the company.

A Utah native, Brenden earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah and a law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar.
