Tim Hatlestad, CCIM is the 2008 President of the CCIM Institute. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of RE/MAX Commercial Investment, a commercial real estate firm, and RE/MAX Achievers, a residential real estate firm with twelve offices in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The organization is the eighth largest company in the RE/MAX worldwide organization, and is one of the top 100 real estate companies in the country as determined by REALTOR magazine.

Hatlestad’s personal real estate brokerage activities primarily focus on representation on investment acquisition/disposition, group investments, site selection and development opportunities.

Hatlestad was 1999 President of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, and was 2005 President of the 50,000+ member Arizona Association of REALTORS®.

Tim is active in the CCIM Institute organization, currently serving as 2008 President; is a CCIM Senior Instructor. In 2003 Hatlestad was recognized by his CCIM Institute Instructor peers as recipient of “Outstanding Contribution Award” to the CCIM Institute, and the 2004 Recipient of the User Decision Analysis course Instructor of the Year Award.

In addition to business, brokerage and development activities, Hatlestad is an Instructor, Trainer, Presenter, and Speaker at numerous Real Estate Industry functions throughout the country.

Hatlestad currently serves as a Director on the Boards of: Harrington West Financial Group (NASDAQ: HWFG); Los Padres Bank FSB; Stewart Title and Trust of Phoenix, Inc.; the CCIM Institute; the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and the Education Foundation of the CCIM Institute.

Tim and his wife Keri of 21 years are parents to their 16-year-old son Griffin and 13-year-old daughter Morgan, and have resided in Scottsdale, Arizona for approximately 24 years
