Bio: Tim Hobin
As a Principal of The William Warren Group, Inc., Tim is closely involved in all aspects of the Company's growth decisions. In addition, as Senior VP of Development, he is primarily responsible for all new "ground up" development opportunities. He continually seeks new markets to penetrate, while coordinating design and entitlement issues, and monitoring construction at the various jobsites to deliver new properties on time and under budget.
Tim came to the William Warren Group in May 2000. Prior to joining the Company, he spent seven years as a Financial Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney in San Francisco. Tim graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in the spring of 1993 and currently resides with his wife, Dottie, and sons, Henry, Oliver and Finlay, in Newport Beach, California.
