Peter Ingersoll is President of Sperry Van Ness/Pinnacle Realty Partners, Inc in Benicia, California. Mr. Ingersoll has over twenty-three years of real estate experience in real estate investments, sales and marketing, land development, multi-family construction, 1031 exchanges, and equity and debt financing. His area of specialization is self-storage, development sites for self-storage, and industrial micro-flex.

He is the founder and CEO of Pinnacle Realty Partners, Inc., a brokerage firm which is an affiliate of Sperry Van Ness – a national commercial real estate company with over 115 locations throughout the US. Peter is also President of the National Storage Advisors, Inc., the association for the Sperry Van Ness self-storage team, and is a licensed broker in the states of California, Colorado, and Oklahoma.

Peter graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a degree in real estate finance. He holds his Series 22 and 63 Securities Registrations, and is dually licensed as a commercial real estate broker, and securities registered representative. He is also an instructor of ongoing education courses with Welton Street, a broker/dealer specializing in 1031 exchange options using Tenants-in-Common ownership in commercial real estate. Peter is an active member of the Northern California Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM), and the California and National Assoc. of REALTORS. He is also an active member of the California Self Storage Association as the territory leader for Northern California; a core member of the Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team; the Wharton Club of Northern California; The Wharton/Penn Real Estate Group of California.

Ingersoll lives in the Bay area with his wife and enjoys sailing, writing and playing jazz.
