Steven Moreira CCIM, CIPS was born in East Orange, New Jersey, attended William Paterson College in Wayne New Jersey Steven has both Mortgage and Real Estate Brokers licenses in Florida & New Jersey. In the last thirty years, Steven has participated in hundreds of million dollars in real estate transactions including single family subdivisions and all commercial property types as a broker, developer-principal and lender.

Steven is the CEO and Sole Stockholder of the Magic Companies, Magic does business in 4 quadrants, Magic Financial Services Inc, is licensed Florida Correspondent Lender , Magic Properties & Investments provides Institutional Reo Advisory Services & Investment Brokerage, Allied Capital Advisors Invests and Developments in Local Real Estate Projects, Magic Building Services provides construction expertise to REO Departments for all types of lenders in the State of Florida. Magic is based at 280 Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Longwood, Florida 14 miles east of downtown Orlando.

Steven has served as the 2003 President of the Florida CCIM Chapter, 04 Regional Vice President of the CCIM Institute, 05 President of the Central Florida Real Estate Society, and Chairman of the FAR Commercial Alliance. He is an active member of the Real Estate Forum and Pinnacle Bank's Advisory Boards. Steven is the 08 President of the 12,000 member Orlando Regional Realtors Association and a Realtor since 1984.
