With more than 17 years experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Moss has spent the last 8 years specializing in tax-deferred exchanges under IRC Section 1031. She is a frequent lecturer and instructor of accredited courses to real estate agents, brokers, lenders, CPAs and investors.
