Kerby joined the RealSource team in August of 2003. Kerby has been in real estate investing since 1977. He has owned and managed investment properties for several years and currently has properties in five different states.

Away from RealSource Kerby loves the outdoors and is an avid snow skier in the winter and golfs extensively in the warmer months.
