Scott Carson has been a full time real estate investor for over five years and a real estate investment coach for Real Estate Profit Coach for over four years. He has been investing in properties in the Texas markets for over eight years and full time for the past four. He has also invested in both residential and commercial properties in the South Florida, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Diego markets.

He is also a licensed loan officer in the State of Texas and has been originating loans for over eight years. He is a seasoned rehabber, note buyer, private lender and real estate coach. His primary investment strategy has him working in the foreclosure, short sales, defaulted paper, and REO markets, along with spending a large part of his time raising private capital. Scott has also been asked to speak all across the country educating individuals on traditional and non-traditional financing, along with real estate investment strategies.

He is a 2001 graduate of Texas State University at San Marcos with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Scott is a member of Austin Real Estate Investment Club, Austin Association of Mortgage Professionals, Austin Young Real Estate Professional, and the Austin Real Estate Networking Club. He has been quoted by Investor's Business Daily and the New York Times. When he isn't traveling, buying properties, or coaching new investors across the country, you will find him reading, writing, golfing or spending time with his family and friends. He currently calls Pflugerville, Texas home.
