Dwan has been a real estate investor for over 15 years. She has purchased and sold over 1,000 properties, totalling well over $200 million in real estate transactions. Her niche is cornering the market in foreclosures and teaching people to become investors - without damaging the people in distress. As a believer in Christ, she feels that the golden rule should apply in all situations. In a world dominated by men - she has certainly made her mark!

Speaking nationally has become a passion for her and she has had the opportunity to work with such renowned national speakers such as Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins and Suze Orman. She met and dined with Donald Trump’s right hand man, George Ross, as featured in the cover story for “REIP The Rewards™” magazine. Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) groups, mortgage companies, real estate agencies, and title companies throughout the United States and Canada continually seek Dwan and schedule her to speak at their monthly, quarterly and annual events, as well as their larger weekend expos and conventions. Dwan also holds 20 to 25 workshops a year that she personally teaches.

Dwan has a strong desire to reach out to people through her teaching and has delved into television to reach as many people as possible. She can currently be seen on cable stations such as FX, Comedy Central, Bravo, CNBC, PAX and Discovery Channel for her nationally televised program, “Financial Freedom Discoveries.” She has also created a major web presence for herself and offers her products and programs on-line through www.theIEU.com.

Recently Dwan was a guest speaker on Naomi Judd’s morning show, “Naomi’s New Morning”, which airs on Sunday mornings at 11:00 (EST) on the Hallmark Channel. Dwan’s segment can be seen at naomi.faithstreams.com/PastPrograms/tabid/53/Default.aspx.

Continuing in her appearances for television, she is featured monthly on Channel 9 News, Colorado & Company which airs from 10 to 11 (MST) to speak about the need for financial education in today’s distressed real estate market. Moreover, there are taped television shows covering Dwan’s programs & classes through A.D. Kessler’s REAL ESTATE ROUNDTABLE, a feature of the Creative Real Estate magazine. Dwan has also been called upon by MSNBC several times to give live testimony as an expert in the current real estate market.

Because of Dwan’s fun and enthusiastic personality, she is regularly asked to speak on RADIO shows across the country to share her experience with others. She was with Larry King, on “Ask the Guru,” an internet talk show which can be accessed through www.wsradio.com. She was a guest speaker with Bill Becker on Philadelphia Radio WNTP 990 AM and with Clear Channel Colorado KKZN 760 AM, and many more.

Dwan is also a published author of her book, “Short-Sale Pre-Foreclosure Investing”. Further, she co-founded the National Real Estate Investor’s Publication, “REIP The Rewards™”, and frequently writes for Creative Real Estate Magazine. Dwan is also featured in a book by Susan Schachterle, in The Asheville Citizen Times Home & Real Estate newspaper, and in the best-selling book, “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor,” a book by the best-selling authors of “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent.”

Memberships - Dwan is a co-founder of the FLREIA - the Florida Real Estate Investors Association, co-founder of REIP Magazine, president of Financial Freedom Through Foreclosures, and more.

Charities - Dwan supports and helps promote Orrin Hudson’s out-reach to youth with his “Be Someone” program – www.besomeone.org. She also offers financial counselling for her local church, Platte Canyon Community Church.
