Active in the commercial brokerage business in Utah, Mr. Walker has been licensed in the real estate industry since 1974. He is the Broker and President of Walker & Company Real Estate in Salt Lake City, Utah. Walker has marketed and developed commercial and residential properties throughout Utah. He is the President and co-founder of Utah Property Development, Inc. and Walker & Company Real Estate and Development.

Mr. Walker has served in numerous civic capacities and currently serves as Chair of the Utah Real Estate Commission and serves on the TIC (Tenant In Common) Advisory Committee for ARELLO (Association of Licensing and Law Officials). Mr. Walker volunteers as a member of the Steering Committee of Envision Utah.

He is a Past President of the Utah Association of REALTORS and has served as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) for over eight years. He was the 2005 Chairman of the Public Policy Coordinating Committee of NAR and currently and serves as Chairman of the TIC workgroup and was the 2007 Chair of the REALTORS Commercial Alliance Legislative and Regulatory Sub Committee. He has been honored as Realtor of the Year by the Utah County Board of REALTORS, Salt Lake Board of REALTORS and the Utah Association of REALTORS.

He is a licensed instructor with the Utah Real Estate Division and has been an instructor for real estate pre-licensing classes and instructed the REALTORS Institute 600 series commercial investment class, for over twenty years.
